Your details, treated with care.

Stitch is an early-stage project run by Louise. For questions about your details, corrections or removal requests, email hello@getstitch.app.

Joining the waitlist

When registration is open, we ask for your email address, job title and employer name. We use these details to review requests, understand who the product may help and contact you about early access. Joining does not create an account, guarantee access or subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Your details are saved in our Turso database, configured in Dublin. The website and its submission service run on Vercel. These providers process information to operate the service. We do not send waitlist details to an AI provider or sell them.

Keeping and removing details

Waitlist requests expire six months after submission and are deleted by the next daily cleanup run, unless you ask for removal sooner. Pilot workspace records have separate arrangements described below. Email hello@getstitch.app from the address you registered to request access, correction or removal.

Preventing misuse

Our submission service uses a keyed fingerprint of your IP address to limit repeated requests. The waitlist database does not store your raw IP address. These short-lived rate-limit records are cleared during subsequent submissions after their hourly window ends. Vercel may separately process connection information and infrastructure logs to deliver and protect the website.

Messages and replies

At present the form confirms a successful request on screen. Automated confirmation emails are not yet enabled. Mail to hello@getstitch.app is handled through Porkbun forwarding to a Proton inbox.

Private pilot accounts and workspaces

The first working version is available only to invited testers. Please use fictional job material during this initial test. The old design demo is not publicly available. Joining the waitlist does not create a product account.

Clerk provides sign-in and email verification. Stitch stores your verified account identifier, email address and workspace role in Turso so we can control access. Clerk uses necessary authentication cookies and processes sign-in information under its privacy policy. Workspace requests pass through our Vercel service.

Your workspace stores job details, setup drafts, blocks, template snapshots, notes, draft adverts, saved outputs and a minimal record of editing actions. Members of your workspace can see its adverts; admins manage shared wording and membership. Other workspaces cannot access this material. There is no automated expiry for pilot workspace records yet. Contact hello@getstitch.app for access, correction or removal. These records are separate from the six-month waitlist cleanup.

Word documents are read on your device. The original file is not uploaded. Saving your work stores its extracted wording and supported formatting in your workspace, including the source advert when you save a setup draft. Reading a document does not send it to an AI provider.

AI assistance is off until configured. If enabled, an explicit action asks permission to send the relevant saved notes, job facts and selected passage or guidance to OpenAI. Suggestions are stored for review and do not automatically replace your work. Merely saving notes does not send them to AI. Do not include candidate information or confidential material in this first test.

Stitch does not add advertising trackers. This notice was updated on 21 September 2026.
