Keep what works.
Make the rest better.

A useful starting point

Teach Stitch how you work.
Let it do the fiddly bits.

Start with existing adverts, a role profile or rough notes. Or build your wording with guidance from the beginning.

01

Bring your pieces

Turn the information you already have into reusable blocks. You decide what stays fixed and what changes.

02

Make it yours

Set your own locations, contract types and other choices. Improve wording before saving it for your team.

03

Write with confidence

Start from a template or make a copy. Check the facts, review suggestions and keep the final say.

Good wording can get better

More welcoming.
Less wordy.
Still yours.

Stitch is being designed to help you review clarity, gender-inclusive language and unnecessary barriers, not just repeat what’s been written before.

See what could improve, understand why, and choose which suggestions to use.

An example of a useful question

“You must have a degree.”
Does this role need a specific qualification?

If equivalent experience would work, say so. Keep a qualification when it is genuinely required.

Editorial guidance, not a compliance certificate or a bias score.

A few things to know

Can I try it today?

We’re preparing a first working version for invited testers. Join the waitlist to request early access; we’ll contact you when there’s something ready for you to try.

Do I need approved templates already?

No. The planned guided route will help you build and improve wording from the start. You’ll decide when it is ready for your team.

Will AI rewrite everything?

No. Fixed wording and confirmed details stay controlled. AI assistance is for the passages and review tasks you choose, with your approval before changes are used.

What does early access mean?

We’re preparing an invite-only alpha: a working first version for a small group to test. A broader beta follows when the main workflow is ready for wider testing.
